2. Services
SMBPowerApps designs, builds, and publishes mobile applications for small and medium businesses across iOS, Android, and the mobile web. The specific features and deliverables depend on the plan you select.
3. Plans and eligibility
The Basic plan is offered at no cost and may be co-branded by a sponsor. Premium plans carry the fees stated on our pricing page and may require prior approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application.
4. Fees and billing
Fees for paid plans are billed as described at signup. Recurring charges continue until cancelled. Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us the license needed to build, publish, and maintain your app. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and that you hold the rights to use it.
6. Intellectual property
The SMBPowerApps platform, templates, and underlying technology remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that technology to you.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMBPowerApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
